Here is our step-by-step process to make Japan a reality for you!

- Step 1Register
- To make sure we can provide you with the best service for your situation, we need some preliminary information from you. This includes your education, work experience, and desires for what you want to get out of living in Japan.

- Step 2Interview
- After you submit your registration and we have a chance to review it, we will contact you about scheduling an interview. This is so we can get to know you on a personal level and make sure that MTJ is the right choice for you!

- Step 3Job
- Once you’ve finished your interview and we determine that you and MTJ are a good match, we’ll start finding a job for you! The time this takes will depend on the job market and your skills or experience. We’ll try to give you the best estimates for how long you’ll need to wait as our search continues.

- Step 4Visa
- After we have found work for you, we will submit your information to the Japanese government for visa processing. The process of getting a visa can take a few months, so you can use this time to save money and make other adjustments in life.

- Step 5Housing
- Now that you have a visa, it’s time to figure out where you’re going to live! We will help you through that process when the time comes, so you don’t need to do anything except tell us what you’re generally looking for. - Step 6Moving
- You’ve got your visa, your job, and your place to live. There’s only one thing left to do! Buy a plane ticket if you haven’t already and enjoy the ride to your new life.

- Step 7Life in Japan
By now you’ve arrived, but there are still some things you need to take care of. A phone number, a bank account, buying things like furniture and food that you like, making new friends, learning the language and customs of Japan, these are all things that can be difficult if you don’t speak Japanese or have never been abroad. As long as you have an active contract with MTJ, you have full access to our one-of-a-kind lifestyle consulting services. We will help you solve any problems you run into. With MTJ, your life in Japan will be the best it can be.
