VISA SUPPORT DETAILS

Before you move into a new country, it’s good to know ahead of time that you are permitted to stay in the country for as long as you want to live there. If you overstay your visa, you can run into many problems, including fines, jail time, and other penalties. To avoid any of those issues, you need to make sure you get the proper visa for living in Japan.

MTJ will help you get the proper working visa that you need for your stay in Japan. The first step in our visa service will be to register on our website. This gives us some preliminary information about you so that we can prepare to help you. Next, we will schedule an interview with you so that we can get to know you on a personal level and make sure that MTJ is the right choice for you. After we have interviewed you and have established that we can provide you with the services you need, we will offer you a contract. Once you have signed the contract, we will begin working on finding you a job. We do this by introducing you to companies on your behalf that we think will be interested in you, saving you the work of doing this yourself. You also benefit by having us introduce you to companies, because we can vouch for your quality.

After we find you a job, we can start working on getting you your visa. This process can take some time, so it’s a good opportunity for you to prepare for transitioning to life in Japan. The time between our interview and you getting the results for your visa application can vary depending on what kind of job you’re trying to get, your qualifications and experience, and the current job market in Japan.

The major challenge with getting a work visa is that you need to have a Japanese company sponsor you, which can be expensive and risky to the company. It’s difficult to find companies willing to do this unless you are a reputable high-skilled worker. In some cases we can sponsor your visa. This will significantly reduce your visa processing time!

The Japanese government has the final say in whether you get the visa, but assuming you do get it, congratulations! You’ve passed the first major hurdle towards making life in Japan a reality. A visa is just one piece of the puzzle though. Housing and other issues might still be on your mind. For more information about these, check out the “Our Process” page for a brief description of every step in our process for getting you to Japan. For more details on the specific services we offer, check out the other pages in the “Service Details” tab. Otherwise, click the link below to register and get started!
